No annual meeting scheduled yet. Not sure how many actually care any more beyond Maggiore and Yaldoo. I know there is a strong Ohio contingent as well. Very nice people. Used to be strong group in Florida but I'd imagine most of them are gone now too.

Interesting the annual Sch13s filed today for Maggiore and HEP Investments. As you can see from the filings the share counts associated with the debt financing are getting too large despite the fixed nature of them.

No filing from Shapiro this year. Not surprising.
