When you have lined a pad, dig and line ponds and can now run your in place mill with approval all around you have stopped as explore and have started producing but there WAS a balance pt we are now well past. Just get used to that finally. Begin to use GOING CONCERN as in "3. GOING CONCERN" with no reasonable exceptions. Can begin to pay our bills as they arise and I really doubt issue is well above 500 mil as of yet and so should not ever get there. But I'm always subject great errors judgment. 8
