I guess I'm trying to figure out the dishonest part



How about the bogus, fraudulent and illegal "NI 43-101 report"? That was extraordinarily dishonest. It's sole purpose was to promote the stock and get people to buy into this POS and line the insider's (and toxic funders) pockets.
