I would be particularly nervous if myself and 8 others held 12,666,600 shares!

The preferred share spilt and Theracour relationship make even a decent outside offer (unlikely in my opinion) of little consequence to the common share holder.

I'm pretty sure delivering a double on this is NOT what most longs have been waiting 11 years for.
