The problem is how you define low. If low is always the same number, say under two cents, then no matter how much the company grows or how much profit they produce, the stock price will never go up. It's great to be able to continually stockpile more and more "cheap" shares, but as long as that is the goal, then the "sell high" moment will never come.

I would argue that two cents is low right now. After next quarter's numbers, maybe three cents will be low. But if you keep insisting that less than two cents is the appropriate low, then two cents or 2.1 cents will always be the high. JMO as some like to say.
