Good Morning Naz..

Diluting is never ever good for average shareholder ..if it doesn't translate to share price and that is what average shareholder cares.

Dilution can be good for the average shareholder if the company grows and makes a profit, so do not say 'never ever'. See my previous post where I used numbers to show you how. Even Google used dilution to start out and look how they turned out.. I bet those average shareholders are happy.

Once again, perspective. In the here and now short term of your argument I can agree. On the other hand, dilution was used to start a longer term project. I do not believe that SUNW/SLTD came about just to line some pockets for a few years and then simply go away. I believe that we are building something bigger. Most of the time that requires lean beginnings which is where we are now. Even Rome was not built in a day.

The share price is a reflection of what the market thinks, not a reflection of the company itself. As stated before by ImpishGrin, profits do that. Being a micro-cap company, the market is not going to pay to much attention to us at this time. Building will be a slow process, and once we are built up the market will take notice and the PPS will reflect that. I consider this a 'ground floor investment opportunity' and not a 'where are my daily profits' trade. Its just perspective.
