Is company finally starting to run this like a legitimate public company? Until now it has been endless dilution and R/S's. If they are changing their approach and the dilution is done, it seems like a very profitable time to enter. This could easily run to .005 with a few PR's and a cleaned up balance sheet. Hopefully the company will buy back some shares to undo some of the pain they have put us through via all the dilution. If they could lock up a couple hundred million this would be a tiny floater with penny potential. Ball in their court now...
