Agree 100% that skepticism is healthy, especially when it comes to investing in risky things such as developing drugs that may or may not work in humans. Skepticism should be placed on whether or not the company can be successful in accomplishing what they are trying to do. NNVC has earned lots of skepticism in this regard with all their delays and lack of clarity (for instance about production capabilities, timing of testing, etc...).

What I find unpalatable is the repeated allegation of scam without any proof. First, consider the odds. Of the thousands of biotech investments out there, how many have been shown to run a scam for over a decade? Second, how is it possible to have multiple 3rd parties allegedly run tests on drugs with results that were all falsified - meaning all these 3rd parties are collaborating in a conspiracy of fraud? What are the odds of that? and what would be the scientists' motivation for doing so?

One can be skeptical without impugning another's character and conjuring some wild conspiracy of fraud. Don't you think the world would be a better place treating each other with some common decency, using common sense, hoping for the outcome that benefits the most people (win-win instead of win-lose mentality) and refraining from allegations of criminal activity without any proof? I know, I'm an eternal optimist expecting people to behave well - and probably will continue to be disappointed!
