Great Post-a-thon Carl! Bravo!
Your thoughts are very well articulated, and I think everyone here has a great time reading them, and many other posters comments here as well. So many thoughts that we all agree with. I think this sums it up for so many:

...investing is not an exact science. To be honest I too am disappointed at the current PPS. I wish it were closer to $5 or so. But just because it isn't does not mean that it won't be. No stock goes up forever. Conversely, just because it isn't closer to $5 does not mean that it will be either. I do, however, believe that it will be after we grow some more and this will take time.

There are so many arguments here. Pro, and Con. The SUNW ticker has become a case study on several topics, and continues to be not only a daily source of serious education for many, but also a source of entertainment for many more.

I think if we go back to a few basic words in your statement we really hit the nail on the head for so many, "disappointed at the current PPS".

It's this single reason that SO many are here, discuss the merits of SUNW, using the only data we have, which is all the public records available. We see so many use lesser or greater amounts of that information to make greater or lesser biased statements and projections.

The fundamental question that always is the crux of all the arguments is simple, "Will this always be a disappointment as the ticker continually deteriorates over time, eventually resulting in a reverse split? Or will things turn around and that sense of disappointment eventually turn into a sense of gratification as the PPS rises over time and eventually some day turn into a forward split?" Or quite simply, "Is this a good investment"?

I think the investor base here is so eclectic. We've got the OTC roots, where mostly novices but a few professionals take serious risks which rarely turn into serious rewards. These roots create a very hesitant and skeptical cloud over the ticker. As the company has evolved out of the OTC, beyond the dreams of miracle technology and toxic financing, many of those investors have taken their gains and left. Unfortunately as they have, they created a space devoid of "winners" and left mostly those who are now underwater or close to it (dare I say losers). The chatter itself has turned mostly toxic, where so many left here are sorely licking their wounds while trying to figure out how they got here all while determining if they should remain.

You see so many have made so much, as the ticker went from a pre split .02 to .32, making gains that many only dream of, however leaving in its wake a trail of a similarly large losses. These losses were mostly on the NASDAQ which is why I feel we keep hearing "We weren't ready for the big boards" etc...

However on the flip side, we're seeing more and more serious and independent analysts come forward with bullish projections of their own. People that were not around for the "big OTC run" and only know of the current "Net profitable" company that we're all so familiar with. Although I feel there are many reasons that we don't see as many "well educated in the world of finance" posters at present, including lack of time on the exchange, lack of time since profitable, and simply the ticker and company has not had much exposure. This will all change in time, and again, my thoughts are that this time is approaching rapidly.

As we've seen the high water line, and it fades into history as many bluntly remind us, the new question is obviously, is the low water line now behind us as well? I feel it is. I think the next 12 months of quarterly reports will paint a very different picture than the previous. As the painting begins to reveal itself to varying degrees as the work of art the longs here feel they've been looking at for some time, wall street and the new breed of NASDAQ investors should start critiquing, and with it bring a whole new entourage of speculators.

As you've said, and again thanks for the simplistic eloquence,

"...we need multiple quarters in a row of showing a profit. We have only just started this trend. Keep doing that and in a few years (yes years) I bet its a different story. This is not a get rich quick trade for me, its a long term investment so I can wait."

I can too. I agree with you completely, thank you for your continued time and thoughts.
