This ticker will eventually move with or without news..All it takes is a group of Folks to bid support(Heavy) at .0001's and slap the Ask. You know the saying "Monkey see Monkey do). Meaning if 10 ppl slap the Ask everyone else will follow,in fear there won't be anymore .0002's...
