Seriously, to pick out just one variable and harp on it like whats been happening here, well thats just ignorant.

Back in 2010 Solar 3D began trading over the counter under the symbol SLTD. Back then the company had no revenue, no income, no profits, pretty much nothing but the hope of "the cell".

Today we are listed on the NASDAQ, we are turning consecutive quarters with a profit, and should generate over $100M in revenue this year alone. How did we get here? Dilution. Somebody PLEASE explain to me why this is a bad thing.

To me every argument being made all relates to the fact that the PPS is where it is today and not where everyone has said it would be or should be going back 3 years. Yes I have been LONG on this company but so far Long for what? Who is actually being rewarded for the growth and profitability of this company so far? Not the average shareholder that is easy to see. It is easy for so many to keep saying how well the company is doing yada yada yada but the bottom line is the PPS and volume are not trending in the same direction and therein lies the problem which invites all the so called "ignorant people" to question why this is so. I do not have my blinders on anymore and I am open to all comments that are questioning why we are at the current PPS and not where so many longs have said we would be looking back over the past 3 years. I have no doubt we will once again hear how great our 1st quarter was but if past history is any indication of future results we will be trading below $3 a few days after the ER.
