Short of proven reserves and a bankable feasibility study, the leases have little value. An understanding of how mineral property values are determined would be helpful.

Currently, the precious metals market is still depressed. Majors are looking for more advanced stage properties than the CM and GC.
Hence, it is doubtful that any deals will be forthcoming soon, or at any time in the future. It is, of course, possible, but the most that would be paid would be a few $ million. ZERO chance of $ Billions, ever! SRGE longs stand zero chance of ever seeing a penny of returns.
