If you read my post carefully, you will see that I referred to ISSUED shares causing dilution, NOT authorised shares.
As far as decreasing the loss per issued share as more are issued..which is correct...all I can say is "Oh dear".
As a further observation, the share price itself in the case of SMME is meaningless in terms of the value of the company. This is because there are no assets or undistributed profits. It is purely based on a gamble on future happenings. This is the case with untold thousands of penny stocks. Divide the net assets by the number of issued shares to see what the true value of a company is.
