Now that I can post again I can say I am glad of this CC where Hayes was professional, serious and optimistic. Like some longs I think there will be a buyout. J&J has signed an agreement to acquire First right of negotiations to Epgl's technologies and patents pending, this first right seems not to aim licensing deals only. It seems to aim an acquisition of the company or of the technologies through the patents once these patents will be approved. My question is to know if J&J will wait for the approval of only one patents pending or of all patents pending ?
Anyway, even if there is not a buyout the next future is very promising.
