Bullschite. They did nothing of the sort. BGL made the mistake of dealing with Barnett and MSJ. They invested ~$7m (wasted, actually) in the mill, while no other entity spent squat. Their lien was valid, and should have been enforced, but the worthless Mexican courts dropped the ball.

They also came to the realization that the claims didn't have enough value to continue pursuing.

Frankly, I'll be surprised if MSJ is ever heard from again....of course, as SRGE no longer exists at all, nothing will be heard from it, either, ever.
