I haven't done much research on the startup so I'll quote alcalde from another forum...

Such a high acquisition price, but what for? In a 79 patient Phase I clinical trial in Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC), 79 patients were treated with only 10 having a partial response and 9 having stable disease.

ONCS' 41 patient Ph2B trial is being watched closely by big pharma, I am sure.
