Your point is valid, that is the true nature of Penny stocks.It's make or break it mentality. Taking snippets or disclaimer quotes from reports and posting them in a misleading way is wrong. Every penny stock needs to sell shares to raise capital and or increase there shareholder book to be able to get to the next board.
Increasing the ability to sell more shares is commonplace and expected until it becomes a revenue producing company.
Toxic debt is another option and one we have successfully avoided. This guy's company has been hammered doing just that.
