Latest PR from FILM is a giant load of hooey. They are at pains to point out their grandiose schemes will be financed with the mythical "non=dilutive" financing. The question one would ask then is if you can raise non-dilutive money, why would you need shareholders? Why would you raise money for an enterprise and then deal the shareholders in? They speak of "asset" based financing too. What assets?
