And yes, another round of repriced warrants is news. And it's bad news for retail investors. Consider that this deal is with the hated short Anson. And if you believe this board, Anson and other shorts are responsible for driving the share price down, yet Sphere rewards them with special terms. .

These special deals are not available to retail investors. Yet, the company continues to ask them to be loyal "just a few more quarters" while pursuing fire sale finance deals and redacting the conditions so retail investors don't know what is going on behind the scenes.

And let's not forget that some execs get paid commissions on these deals, and are receiving millions in share grants every quarter. They delivered less than 45% of their target yet received $3.5 million in share compensation.
