Actually,

My belief is the person/people that bought all the stock in 3s and 4s are in fact selling. Hence the cap on the stock and control mainly by 1 MM.

At this point, the constant "pending funding" BS has rendered this stock uninteresting and killed any message of interest. A buyout is the only saving grace left..... IMO. And if it comes it won't be for what it should.
