I talked with Jeff Goh last week,to tell him that I was voting against increasing the A/S to 10 billion.after our discussion about what a mess he took over,including inheriting all this toxic death financing,I changed my vote FOR the proposal.He confirmed the good profit margin on CBD CANNIBOL OIL(around 65%) and said that's the direction that we're going.we just need time.first harvest will be this FALL.He also said that the proposed 10 billion A/S will serve as a "bank only"for the convertible debt coming due,and that he will not abuse it.It is a "must" to have the A/S share increase because we're looking at closing down without it because the penilties are too steep
