1) 4/12/2016 - Supreme Energy notified the court it had evidence to submit in opposition to Energy Supreme LLC's motion for partial summary judgment.
2) 4/13/2016 - SE asks for "enlargement of time" to submit evidence. It seems all evidence was to be submitted by 5:00 PM (EST) 4/12/2016. However, SE's evidence was not submitted by fax until 4:48 PM on 4/12/2016 and the fax did not complete until 5:21 PM on 4/12/2016. I cannot find any express ruling that extra time was granted, but, other activity makes it appear that the request was granted.
3) 4/13/2016 - Energy Supreme files a "Motion to strike" in response to SE's actions.
