What's wrong with the permit they have? SFRX said they will start diving on the CURRENT site as soon as the weather permits.

SFRX said they were going to complete one area before they started another. There is absolutely no reason to think they are going to a new area or waiting on a permit to move to another area. SFRX never stated that.

That baseless rumor is 7 months old now. In fact the source suggested it would be issued early October of last year because Mary "allegedly" said it was basically ready to go.
