OTC Shorting's overstated. Risk-reward ratio sucks in 99.9% of stocks, plus huge margin requirements tie up a lot of cash. Putting the margin $$ in a savings account would pay better.

Some gamblers may short pump-n-dumps that have jumped up 1000% in a couple of days, knowing they will crash, but that's very rare.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
