Yes and all type 2 diabetes treatments have significant drawbacks, many outlined in my previous post.

Actually I posted a complete FDA "guidance" on personal use of non FDA approved medications, part of which does support your assertion that most non FDA approved medications are technically illegal for importation but I also said that didn't tell the whole story. I posted verifiable and complete information that can enhance everyone's understanding of the subject.

"The guidance recognizes that circumstances may exist where, for example, a person has begun treatment with an unapproved drug in a foreign country/area or suffers from a condition for which there exists no FDA approved treatment---"

The personal use exemption, if granted would have a negligible effect on Sucanon sales even if allowed. It would however, allow those who get good results with Sucanon to use it at their own discretion as indicated in the language. There were many people that do based on posts of people and family members etc.
