You're using technical analysis on a 2 mil company that has all its value tied to a ruling at the PTAB (event driven)?

Glad you're trying though little guy! You'll certainly get the hang of investing and trading if you keep trying though!

I find those who look at charts interesting, they tend to ignore important fundamental characteristics of a stock/company.

Ie.

1. Event driven companies act differently

2. Stage of company development matters. For instance, for an event driven biotech with earnings technical analysis can be of assistance

3. A venture stage company with no earnings, almost zero market value, all value tied to a drug or ruling will not trade on technicals, it trades on the 'event'

4. Technicals ignore many factors like the convert dilution etc - fundamentals that MATTER

But good to keep learning as I said...these are just some of the nuances one needs to think about. Basically charts are useless here.
