Show proof that the product was ever in the store? Their scam was to use advertising with their stock quote on the advertising to boost the stock price. Has nothing to do with product. There is no way they could have even produced enough product to go into retail, let alone going through the vigorous challenges of letting a retail outlet let them sell in their store.

WTER is not a scam. Doesn't mean they will make it as a business, but they are not a scam.
