Spongetech products were spotted on many shelves of Walgreens, Walmart and other retailers

It advertised at all the Major League Baseball parks, the U.S Open and many of the Professional Hockey Arenas

yet, it was a criminal enterprise that got closed down with fraud charges by both the SEC and DOJ

So, what were you saying that WTER can't be a scam because it has real products and they have been spotted at retailers?

ha!

good one

Spongetech claimed it had products on tens of thousands of major store locations

Have you actually seen spongetech Items? To claim something and to actually have something are 2 different things.

WTER is not a scam, however they are not making money. And when you don't make money, the only way to pay your insiders is with shares. That's the risk of an OTC stock. Most aren't making money, they are losing money.

Same thing with Puramed Bioscience. They actually had product on the shelf, but it sucked, didn't make any money, and after dilution, dilution, and more dilution to stay a float, it finally went 4 legs up.

Scam companies are a lot more evident, such as not actually in a building they claim they are using, or their only assets are a desk and a chair.
