You may be right. I guess Dimension will have to decide whether it's worth the cost to pursue the litigation on the counterclaim to the end. I have a feeling this resolves with a declaratory judgment re: VDK 2 (making the acquisition of DFM look silly), and some costs. But who knows?

Ultimately it would be nice to see one of these companies do some business rather than arguing like Lokai and Bele perpetually.
