There are something like 600 million shares owned by many people. How do you think Tmmi could liquidate itself to pay a debt? Tmmi doesn't own Tmmi, its shareholders do. I suppose in theory Tmmi could increase its authorized capital and pay a big debt by issuing 600 million shares plus one, to hand a controlling interest to a creditor but this seems far fetched, and litigation provoking. Do you have something else in mind?
