The company is flat broke with millions in debt. Bankruptcy is expensive, and what usually happens with these toxic death spiral issuers is they just stop filing their required SEC documents and disappear. That is likely to happen here as well, if it has not happened already. NBRI did not file their 10-K in the 15-day extension period and is now officially delinquent. It is very likely we will never hear from NBRI ever again.

There is a reason why those floorless convertibles are called "death spirals". They kill every single company that ever issues them, and now NBRI can be added to that very long list.
