BUZZY UPDATE: 4/27/16

I spoke to the transfer agent for both V Group and Fernhill twice yesterday looking for an update on the issuance. They were just waiting for the "go" from Finra (they are calling Finra constantly). As of yesterday, they were still confident that it will happen this week. Finra told them early this month that there is no reason that it won't happen this month.
The transfer agent assures me that they are going to hold them to that.

I will be on it twice a day until it happens.
I have been holding off on news until the issuance is completed. There is a lot of news built up. As soon as the issuance is completed, we will start the flow of news again.

Also, the financials are completed and should be posted in the next 10 days.
