Actually You Don't Have Any Proof that there aren't these kinds of contingenies built into the construction contracts; like most of them actually do have.

So, yeah, more likely than not - there are clauses that allow all these construction clients an out that releases them from the contract forfeiting only the deposit only. Since MCIG didn't specify the amount of the deposits; one can only assume they gave away concessions - and those deposits are likely $0 or near zero.

We had a very similar discussion in regards to CAFS; where ultimately, you were wrong about CAFS. LMAO $0 revenues. You remember that, don't you?



Another made up assumption with no basis in fact. Please show us an example of any construction contract that contained such a provision and prove that such a provision exist in mCig's agreements.
