Medically Minded Launches E-Commerce Website



BOCA RATON, FLORIDA--(April 27, 2016) - Medically Minded, Inc. (OTC PINK: MMHC), is pleased to announce today that it has launched its e-commerce store at www.medmindedlabs.com (“MML”). This is the initial version of the Company’s online storefront with revisions, upgrades, product additions and expansion taking placing continuously. The MML site will carry various Hemp CBD products such as oils, vapes, edibles and topical applications. In addition to several third party branded products that we will carry under distribution arrangements, MML will feature its own line of products under the Company’s brand Medically Minded (“MM”).

James Grady, CEO of Medically Minded, stated “We are thrilled about the opening of our online storefront and the launch of our social media presence through Twitter and Pinterest. The Company also announced that it will be updating additional information on OTC Markets including new corporate address, contact information and websites as such details are finalized.



The common stock share structure has been verified for updating with the transfer agent and as of 04/26/2016 there are 500,000,000 shares authorized and 236,782,933 issued and outstanding.
