The FDA does not say otherwise. To recap for the 100th time, Roth was denied to sell in the US as an over-the-counter herbal medication, but the FDA said that Sucanon might be a drug and needed further study.

You state "So what are the sales (audited) in all those e countries and why then is the company broke in that it only has $1360 in the bank? A fraudulent scheme".

First, you already know the sales, so why ask?
Second, the fact that there is no money in the bank does not mean that the company is a fraud. This is what is known as a "false conclusion" where the conclusion does not logically follow from the factual statement.
