Ed has the perfect defense. All he has to tell the judge/jury is that he ran the company into the ground a decade ago. Its wasn't a secret that he failed the first time around. Why is it his fault that people were foolish enough to give him another chance to fail.

Kinda like when I was told to call the FBI a few years back to complain about Groundel. When I told the agent about the 5 dollar a share deal for a 20 cent stock, he replied incredulously "and you believed him".

The shareholders who funded this group have no one to blame but themselves. Ed hid under the desk over a decade ago when shareholders wanted accountability. Did anyone really think it would change this time around ?
