Yeah, the court shot down the defendants claims with
Prejudice Nunc Pro Tunc....
Which was MAJOR!!.

The demented Abuse of Process is still in play....
That makes sense, since there might be a trial....

BUT Summary Judgment Dimension's Counterclaims, not sure....
That's a good one....
Costs or, in the Alternative, to Retax and Settle Costs
might come into play;IDK????.

I guess we'll see when the minutes are released,
if there are any minutes,and what the judge has to say....
