VANIS accrued $400,000 in salary + 500,000 class-B's since his signing in 2014. That is in stark contrast with his loyal shareholders down 90%+ since the R/S he said wouldn't happen! He will accrue $1,125,000 in salary alone when his contract is up in a little over 3 years. He is going 180 degrees in the opposite direction of his shareholders, he is green and his loyal shareholders are red. Share buyback noted 3 different times was a big joke on all of us!

What's wrong with this picture. He has every incentive to continue to dilute and R/S over and over. All signs point in that direction, he is not capable of growing the company without the perpetual writing of blank checks until perhaps one day there was so much available free cash from the money tree that things finally work out for VANIS, not his loyal shareholders!

VANIS has abandoned his loyal shareholders. Does anyone wonder why there are 30 SKU’s sitting on the shelf, not to mention the even higher number of formulas. That all costs money (our hard-earned money) what do we have to show for it! VANIS does not need to deliver for his loyal shareholders to continue to accrue $225,000 per year in salary. He is working on accruing over a million dollars plus his 500k class b's.

VANIS IS IN HIDING and not communicating with his loyal shareholders! No shareholder update on the “Q”, why! No update on the Game Changer, why! I'm not impressed with Yo Gabba, likely another money pit that VANIS has created to for the endless visits to the loyal VANIS shareholders evergreen money tree!

The game changer was the one hope for this alleged CEO to display he was capable and perhaps honest and appeared to be promising, yet it seems to have VANIS/HED too. Classic OTC CEO!

It is no surprise to see comments about VANIS like these!

Reiterating that the Game Changer language used by VANIS was not forward looking or even close to it. These statements were made as though it was a done deal. So where is it!!!
VANIS made statements like, 1) increased production run this month to supply our newest key account. Regarding this newest key account: we expect it to be our game changer“…, 2) "…Once the “game changing” account was solidified”… and 3) “…We got the account”… . That language does not refer to a potential deal or forward-looking statements.
