BlackDuck,

I agree, an official of the corporation signs the contract,
but only "as an official of the corporation" otherwise if that person sign as an individual
he or she is liable.

I wish you the best of fortune in the lawsuit, I do not agree with holding back what you have earned.
as for Dominican Judges, there are some 12 under indictment for bribery (I hope you have one of the good ones)

The 50% deal was first signed by Tracy in 1977, that was the first of the modern contracts issued by the government.

Danillo ran on the promise of stopping foreign corruption (I realize that corruption begins at home!)
He did not stop the leases. He let them all run out and issued orders that they not be renewed.
He did this with all industry pertaining to natural or deposited resources
Mining, salvage etc.

Tracy had about three years worth of stuff in culture for division, all the tanks in the long room were filled with his junk ( except some Webber scrap from the Playa Grande wreck)

If he did not know the jig was up, he certainly had some good luck!
I was at the lab when he made his last two trips back to his house, he used his Red Toyota and a little white Mitsubishi.
Francis said he took almost everything of his.
I don't think you need proof or anything like that, he didn't steal the stuff, he just had a division right before things turned ugly.
I'm betting he knew and did not say anything.
He was in a big rush and he never rushes for anything!
