Being SEC suspended and on the grey sheets is like being in the grave and not being able to afford the dirt to throw over the body. It's still dead and gone, just not buried.
Now, "real companies" that have NOT undergone SEC suspension do survive on the grey sheets, with minimal liquidity due to there being no market makers (no bid/no ask). Those are the "1%" of grey sheet stocks that trade. MGLG is not one of them obviously
