Non Disclosure Agreements prevent disclosure of details from an individual licensing deal.

maybe they dont want to say Skybell paied x$ , cause Skybell dont have exclusive rights and they hope to get more by another infringer.

But REVO directors are not being asked to report what Skybell, Alarm Force, or any other infringer has paid.

The total amount received from Eyetalk365 can be reported without identifying how much has been received from Skybell, Alarm Force, or any other infringer.

Non disclosure agreements don't prevent honest directors reporting income to shareholders.
