They most likely will expire worthless and they have never extended the expiration date on these warrants.

Even with a favorable arbitration decision the price pop will still keep them with a negative intrinsic value.

I think it would actually be in the best interest of the company NOT to have the warrants exercised. It would eliminate a huge increase in the OS.
