Not sure the technicals are going to help on this stock play. They've done the cash raise (~$3 per share). If the company is giving shares away at $3, that's kind of our market value, too. I expect we'll trade close to that number, range bound.

The next event is binary: either they get a licensing deal or they go bankrupt. The stock price will act accordingly.
