With the court proceedings with TCA Global, I have seen this same thing play out not long ago with another company that owed them money. TCA just settled with another company that basically mimics this ordeal and they offered a payment plan of every 30 days to settle the lawsuit and if they default on the 30 days, in return they will receive free trading shares (more than enough to pay their monthly payment but not necessary shareholder friendly) - I expect something similar to be coming here as well. It seems to be TCA's alternative to settling lawsuits through the court proceedings in Florida.
