Let me state some facts here for you guys.
1. All contracts must be signed by a person even if in a company name The contract is personal guaranteed by the person, by law the Persons name must be on the contract "period"
2. If it wasn't for Burt,Tracy, Deep Blue, and ARS/GME there would be no collection, the fact is the contractors spend there money and time and ONLY GET 50%, That is BS and it should never have been that way, that was just bad business on the first Contractors part not understanding business
3. A fair way to do it and the only way ARS/GME will work again with a Country is 75% contractor 25 % Country unless the Country wants to pay for 1/2 all expense's and ware. Greed is a terrible thing.
4. ARS/GME should win this case if the judges follow the law, But that is up to the judge to be honest and abid by the law. Will he your guess is as good as anyone. But I will say people are watching so I would hope he or she does the right thing.
5. In the DR by law if you do not file a law suit for what you have been wronged within 2 years you can no file one. Sorry guys just the way it is. So ARS/GME wining doesn't mean a thing for anyone else other than the Gov. more specific Minister of Cultures attorneys were wrong about the constitution witch they are.
6. ARS/GME is not depending on the DR right now as we are working off the true Cape Canaveral
we have three good wrecks sites to work this year and will locate more this summer. So we will wait for the outcome in the DR and be happy we have wrecks to work right now.
Dominican Mike do you have proof the President stopped the contracts ?? Maybe a letter or a order ?
Any proof that Tracy received the artifacts from the Government a little over a year ago ??????
