Which is good because no lies so far.

Being a non-reporting penny stock is good? Not for investors, IMO.

And yes, you can't lie if you are not reporting. Unless of course, if you issue a PR full of fantasy and nonsense like these guys do routinely. They're about due for another lying PR.
