Reference is made to the circular of Focus Media Network Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) in relation to,among other things, the proposed Rights Issue dated 5 April 2016 (the ‘‘Circular’’). Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

In accordance with the expected timetable for the Rights Issue as set out in the Circular, the last day of dealings in the Shares on a cum-rights basis was Monday, 25 April 2016. The closing price per Share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on 25 April 2016
was HK$0.24. Dealings in the Shares on an ex-rights basis shall commence on Tuesday, 26 April 2016.
