The company filed a FORM NT 10K 3/31/15 I do not know how long a company has before it no longer considered Fully Reporting or just late or not current !! Janice may know…

It's still a fully reporting company until it's no longer registered with the SEC. It is, however, badly delinquent by now. The last filing that counts is the 10-Q for the period ended 30 September 2014.
