That's right. I think Stan's was $5 million, before they sold it.

Still, $4 million isn't too shabby. I think we could get a better key man, for that kind of money and they could pay off the money they just borrowed.

Although, I doubt POW!'s share price would get much of a multiple off of life insurance revenue.
