That's the impression I got also. They called back and my impression was that the current armor being worked on / tested is going to be materially different from the stuff we purchased in 2011.

My guess is that until they get the testing and approvals lined up (again) they really cant sell the newest version that they hope to come out.

So by inference, my gut tells me they've got a newer armor in the pipeline, but not available for sale .
